Jammu, Feb 1: Defining the wave of Bhartiya Janta Party's (BJP's) Prime Ministerial candidate and Gujrat Chief Minister Narendra Modi soaking entire nation in its claws, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev today said that Congress leaders are approaching me every day to help them join BJP for working under the guidance of Modi. Referring to the recent announcement made by three-time Congress MP from Gurgaon, Rao Inderjit Singh, who had announced quitting the party after seeking a CBI probe into land deals of Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra and about his joining BJP on February 13 under the National President of the Party Rajnath Singh, Yoga Guru said, "Like him (Rao Inderjeet Singh) there are number of senior as well as junior congress leaders who are approaching me through different means to help them joining the BJP". Addressing media men here at JK Resort, Ramdev said that Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi might be a foresighted person in Congress but he is harvesting what was 'sown' by Congress clan from former Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru to UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi. Ramdev was here in Jammu on Saturday to address and prepare his 'Karyakartas' (workers) in the state for effective delivery of justice to the residents of the state in all sectors. Karyakartas' had assembled in strength to support the cause Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev is fighting for. He asked each Karyakarta to prepare 500 activists in each Tehsil for the service of the nation. He also advised his Karyakartas to establish the office of the Patanjali 'Sangthan' (Organisation) at State, District, Tehsil, Block, Prakhand levels to help the hapless through their services. During the programme, 10 bikes were also donated by the 'Karyakartas' for smooth functioning of the 'Sangthan' in different areas of the hilly state of Jammu and Kashmir. |
