On PM's arrival, traffic routes diverted

Jammu, Feb 1: Keeping in view of PM and other dignitaries' arrival tomorrow the traffic police have issued directives of traffic diversion for various routes from February 2 to 7.
SP Traffic, Jammu Pawan Parihar giving information said that all buses from Kathua, R.S Pura and Samba shall terminate at Kunjwani. Mini Buses from Akhnoor, Marh, Gohmanasa, Mishriwalla, Jhiri, Bantalab, Muthi towards Jammu will operate from and terminate at Maheshpura Chowk. Similarly all buses/ mini buses operating from Udhampur, Katra, Kishtwar, Doda, Nagrota and bound for Jammu will be diverted via Sidhra Bye Pass for 2nd and 3rd February 2014.
He further said that no heavy vehicle including load carrier would proceed towards Manda from Nagrota. All heavy vehicles will be diverted via Narwal Bye pass during restriction hours. All mini buses coming from Janipur side shall be plugged at the time of VIP movement. All Buses and mini buses coming from Bari Brahmana, Bishnah, Gangyal, Sainik Colony, Satwari, Chatha, Miran Sahib, Shastri Nagar, Trikuta Nagar, Gandhi Nagar shall be diverted from Green Belt park for back journey during the restriction hours.
Mini buses coming from Anand Nagar, Bohri, Talab Tillo shall adopt Canal Head, Bakshi Nagar Pulli and shall take same route for return journey during the restriction period.
All trucks/load carriers coming from Samba shall be diverted from Kunjwani Bye Pass towards Narwal Chowk. Similarly trucks/Load carriers coming from Srinagar, Doda, Udhampur shall also be diverted towards Narwal Bye Pass. All Inter State/Tourist Buses/Taxies and other passenger vehicles coming from outside State bound for Katra shall be diverted towards Kunjwani for Sidhra Bye Pass for onward journey.
Other interstate Buses bound for Jammu shall de-board the passengers at Kunjwani. The vehicles coming from Gujjar Nagar area bound for Narwal shall opt the left tube of Bridge from Gujjar Nagar towards Narwal. No vehicular movement from Bikram Chowk to Panama Chowk, Narwal to Bikram Chowk and Gujjar Nagar to PHQ Crossing will take place.
