Pangotra Brahmin biradari's mail on Feb 4 2/1/2014 10:48:00 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 1: Annual congregation of All Jammu and Kashmir Pangotra Brahmins Biradari will be held on February 4 on the eve of Basant Panchmi, said a press statement issued by the Publicity Secretary of the biradari. Publicity Secretary Mohinder Dev Sharma said that the annual congregation will be held at Kul Devsthan Chak Jadeli (Dub) in Tehsil and District Samba. A meeting of the executive body was held on January 12 in Punjab wherein certain programmes regarding celebration of the annual mail were discussed. The religious festival will start from 9 am with pooja and Havan-Yagya and will conclude late evening with the general meeting of the biradari.
