Kathua, Feb 4 : Residents of ward no. 14 today held a massive protest demonstration against PDD for not installing new transformer against burning transformer.
People blocked the Parliwand-Hatli Morh road to register their anger. The residents turned as protestors of Ward. No.14 Rashid Ahmad, Ranjeet, Madhan Lal, Arti Devi, Soma Devi and others in large numbers who witnessed the total failure of PDP in repairing the transformer which is out of order for the last two days, they alleged the PDD for adopting the callous attitude towards the problem of frequent electricity cuts and regular damaging of transformer, while the PDD is informed so many times but no action is taken so far and forced to the people to face the hardships. |
