AYC celebrates implementation of 73rd amendments 2/9/2014 11:11:14 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 9: Assembly Youth Congress (AYC) today celebrated the implementation of 73rd Amendment Act in J&K. A huge function organized under the leadership of Assembly Youth Congress President Samba Vinod Kumar. Vinod Kumar thanked state Government for this great achievement. He congratulated all the Sarpanch and Panches of J&K. Kumar also thanked Congress high command of J&K Prof. Saifuddin Soz, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ambika Soni and All India Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi. Vinod Kumar added that only Congress leadership can empower the democracy at grass root level. It is the Congress only which can deliver the people what has been committed by it to the people.
