| One held, Charas recovered | | | Et Report
Kishtwar, Feb 9: Doda police claimed to have arrested one person from a Nakka at Doda and recovered 6 Kg of Charas from his position.
In a press statement issued by Doda police, Doda Police during routine checking of a Minibus bearing registration No. JK02/0667 at a naka point near Dak Bungalow Doda saw a suspicious person hiding something in a bag and accordingly, the search of the bag was conducted and Charas packed in 03 packets was recovered from the bag weighing about 06 Kgs. The person revealed his name as Hans Raj S/O Ram Singh R/O Kastigarh Doda. He was apprehended from the spot and case was registered at Police Station Doda vide FIR No. 22/2014 U/S 8/20/25/29 NDPS Act.
The whole drive was being carried out under the close supervision of SP Doda. |
