| New Delhi, Feb 9: Commenting on Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed's tweet about the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, BJP Spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi today said that the RSS did not need certification from Ahmed to prove itself. "I think it is important to know what all has RSS done for the country, and everyone knows that the party had nothing to do with the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi," said Lekhi. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi too had made the same statement while addressing a rally in Gujarat yesterday. |
