Civic workers holds protest over mis behave by shopkeeper

Jammu: Chaos prevailed at Jain Bazar area of the Jammu City after the civic workers staged protest over misbehave with civic workers by a shopkeeper of said bazaar. On Monday, owner of Rajesh sons namely Rajesh misbehaved with the sentry supervisor and his other associates on trivial issue, which led to massive protest by civic workers. Under the banner of Akhil Bhartiya Safai Mazdoor Sang (ABSMS) hundreds of Safai Karamchari assembled outside said Rajesh Sons Jewelers at Jain Bazar and blocked the road alleging that the owner of said shop and Shiv Sena leader Ashok Gupta misbehaved with the supervisor of civic worker, his driver and a lady safai karamchari. Led by state president Dev Anand Gill, the protesters demanded apology from the said shopkeeper. After blocking the road the other shopkeeper of the market came and intervened and then the accused publicly apologies for hi act.
He ensure that such an incident will not happened in future and he will cooperate with the civic workers. Speaking on the occasion, Dev Anand Gill said that misbehave with deprived community is not tolerate at any cost. He added that if such incident happens in future they will stop the cleanness of the area.
He also asked the Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation to demolish the unauthorized construction in front of shops, which is obstacle between safai karmachari and shopkeepers.
Those who present in the protest demonstration are Amar mommen, Hardev Singh, Mohan Lal, Yash Pal, Gaggi Mommen, Vijay Massi, Raspal, Tersem Hans and victim supervisor Raman Gill.
