| Lambardar Association protests in support of demands | | |  early times report
Jammu, Feb 11: Scores of Lumbardar and Chowkidars under the banner of All Jammu and Kashmir Lambardar Association (AJKLA) held a strong demonstration today at Press Club Jammu in support of their demands.
The protesters led by state president of the Association, Haji Bashir
Ahmad raised slogans in support of their demands and accused the government of negligence and step motherly treatment towards the association.
While talking to media persons, Bashir Ahmad said that their old pending demands regarding enhancement of honorarium and other demands have been delayed and deferred which was not only promised by Minister of Revenue but Chief Minister also.
He demanded equal grade to Government employees as monthly rupees 750 has no worth in these hard times. He warned to organize protest at Jantar Mantar New Delhi in case their demands are not fulfilled by February 15, 2013.
