Jammu, Feb 11: Locals hailing from Upper Roop Nagar, JDA Colony, Sector 4 have demanded immediate construction of the blacktopped pucca road starting from Aap Shambu Temple water reservoir to its last end at Janipur colony.
In a meeting held under the chairmanship of the president of the Sector 4 Welfare Committee, Narinder Sharma the locals demanded black topped/pucca road before the forthcoming auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri festival on 27th of this month.
Meeting observed that locals have been raising their most genuine demand from last September through media and others medium but all is going in vain. Locals also demanded for opening of Ayurvedic/Allopathic dispensary in their locality to meet exigencies. Mahesh Sharma, Ram Prakash Sharma, Advocate P.S Parmar, Advocate Rahul Pant & Rafiq Ahmed Khan also spoke in this meeting.
