| Jammu, Feb 22 : workshop on 'Communication Skills using NLP' today concluded at Dogra Law College. According to press release, Dr. Abhimanyu Dev Singh Billawaria, Director and Founder of Communication County (Pune Based training institute) was the trainer of workshop. He has international certification and exposure. The workshop started with TNA (Training Need Analysis) to identify the gaps. TNA was based on one-on-one interview and a multiple choice questionnaire. Students were analyzed on the basis of their communication skills to understand their competency for campus and post campus interviews of their career. The workshop was specially designed on the basis of TNA, feedback from training and Placement Committees of Dogra Law College. Dr. Anu Mankotia presented the vote of thanks Naveed Anjum, Lecturer, Political Science, coordinated the workshop and an observer during the entire training sessions. Supriya Gupta, Lecturer in Law was Co-Coordinator. The Communication County's efforts were highly appreciated by faculty and the students of Dogra Law College. |
