Speaker Gull tried to pacify the agitating MLAs and assured them there will be members from BJP and NPP in the house committee besides members from other parties, however, the protesting legislators refused to die down and amid sloganeering staged walk-out from the house in protest against the decision. Earlier when BJP and NPP legislators were protesting in the first row of the assembly, independent MLA Er Rashid trooped into the well alleging that the government was discriminating against Kashmir in all developmental programs and Jammu was getting special attention from the government. Pertinently the opposition PDP alleged the other day that 'discrimination' with Kashmir Valley was done about the establishment of the primary health centers. PDP members and the independent lawmaker, Er Rashid had raised a hue and cry before the proceedings of the house were adjourned for some time. The members had also alleged that there was an inter-constituency discrimination as well in the establishment of the health centers.
