ZEO Manjakot suspended for bungling in ReT teachers list 2/26/2014 10:48:10 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Feb 26: Education Department today placed an in-charge Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) under suspension for his involvement in the alleged bungling in the selection list of Rehaber-e-Taleem (ReT) teachers in Manjakot education zone. In this connection, the supporters of tainted officer Shah Nawaz Khan had a scuffle with those who appreciated the government decision. On getting the information of the protest Dy Commissioner Hemant Kumar Sharma directed tehsildar ,Rajouri and SDPO to rush to Manjakot to look into the matter. Later Tehsildar opened the ZEO office and Suresh Kumar , District Education Planning Officer (DEPO) resumed the additional charge of ZEO , Manjakot Shah Nawaz Khan was very close to former Health Minister (I/Charge) Shabir Khan and was placed under suspension under government order No 176/Edu/2014 dt 25/2/14 for alleged bungling in the teachers list and was attached to the office of Director School Education for pending inquiry.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
