| Mufti regime was golden era in state politics: Hussain Ali Wafa | | | Early Times Report
BISHNAH/RS PURA, Mar 9: State Secretary Peoples Democratic Party Hussain Ali Wafa addressed public gathering at Bishnah and RS Pura.
In his address he said three years regime under the leadership of former Chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayed was a golden period in the state in which state witnessed not only score of developments in every front but also peace and tranquillity was there in whole state. Praising Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha PDP candidate Yash Pal Sharma, he said he is dedicated, honest and hard working person who will look after the welfare of people of the constituency besides the problems of refugees will also addressed by him. He said Sharma will leave no stone unturned to do justice to the constituency people in all fronts. He strongly appealed to people, keeping in view dedicated services to people by PDP governance, and vote Yashpal Sharma and ensure his win with thumping majority for progress and peace of the constituency. On occasion many persons belonging to BJP, NC and Congress Party who were impressed by policies of PDP left their parent parties and joined PDP. W Hussain Ali Wafa welcomed them into party's fold and said their joining will strengthen the party at grass root levels. Other prominent persons who addressed gathering were Bhushan Lal Dogra, ACD (Retd) K.L Lehria, Sarpanch Sartaj Singh Ladha, Sarpanch Sukh Dev Singh and many others. |
