Jammu, Mar 9: Annoyed over the failure of Postal administration in J&K in opening of Postal Training Centre, National Secular Forum (NSF) today held a protest demonstration in the Jammu University Campus today. The NSF activists under the leadership of president NSF, Sukhdev Singh shouted slogans against the Chief Postmaster General, Jammu and Kashmir for not executing the decision of Central Government related to opening of Postal Training Centre in Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion Sukhdev Singh said that since central government showing keen interest in improving the different services in Jammu and Kashmir but regretted that its officials are incompetent rather least bothered for the improvement of government infrastructure in the state.
He further threatened that NSF will continue protest against the Chief Postmaster General and will not remain a mere spectator of the dilly dallying tactics of postal administration in capitalizing the opportunity provided the Central Government. Among those who were present in the protest included Barket Tahir, Vikram Madhyal, Qayoom Malik, Ajaz Shah,JB Singh, Rishikesh Rana, Amit Salgotra, Pushpinder Singh, Altaf and others. |
