| Panthers ex secy joins JKDF | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 11: Impressed by the ideology of JKDF, Manoj Gupta a budding youth leader and ex state secretary youth wing of Panthers Party from Billawar today formally joined JKDF along with the supporters. In an impressive function held at JKDF office at Gandhi Nagar, Manoj Gupta along with the supporters pledged to toe the party line. JKDF State President Anil Gupta formally welcomed the youth leader into the party fold and State General Secretary Surinder Sharma announced the joining of these youths into the party . The prominent among those who joined the party alongwith Manoj Gupta are Anchal Singh, Balbir, Deep Kumar and Raju. Welcoming the new entrants into the party Anil Gupta said, "We welcome the new members into the party fold and hope that they will serve the society and masses with full enthusiasm and dedication. I congratulate them and hope their association and hard work will take the party to new heights. I appeal to all workers to fight collectively for the cause of Jammu and to play a bigger role in our fight against regional discrimination, he said. We have to lead the party into right perspective in order to provide an alternative to the people who are time and again exploited and used for their vested interests by NC and Congress Party. People have understood the designs of these parties and desperately looking for an alternative. The association of new members who are energetic and have a zeal to work for the masses shall make our party stronger and help us to achieve the goal of building New Jammu. Expressing gratitude to the party president Anil Gupta, youth leader from Billawar assured his full support to party endeavors and pledged to take on all responsibilities entrusted to him from time to time. He also resolved to work with dedication to strengthen the party in the Billawar area. The prominent party activists who were present during the joining programme were Surinder Sharma, Murari Lal, Krishan Lal, Prashant Puri , Vijay Shastri, Anil Balgotra, Jyoti Gupta, Naveen Sharma and others. |
