"Misuse of PMGSY funds: PDP 3/18/2014 11:05:21 PM Early Times Report jammu, Mar 18: Ch Sudarshan Peoples Democratic Party leader during his tour to Akhnoor after noticing depleted conditions of road stretch between Sumah - Bandral Kalan has alleged that the depleted conditions of peripheral roads is an evidence to misuse of 'Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) funds.' During his Political tour of Tehsil Akhnoor noticed the condition of one road from Sumah - Bandral Kalan very dilapidated. "It is very surprising the concerned department have not bothered to accomplish the undertaken work with in a stipulated period, he said and added, "As per the rules laid down for such projects, it should be completed within a five years period."
