Manjit appeals voters to support Madan Lal 3/19/2014 12:05:39 AM Early Times Report VIJAYPUR, Mar 18: Former Minister and senior Congress leader Manjit Singh today appealed people to give their votes in favour of Madan Lal Sharma, who has been given mandate by the All India Congress Committee (AICC) from Jammu-Poonch parliamentary seat. Speaking before the people in Vijaypur, Manjit Singh said that Madan Lal Sharma has worked for the development of the parliamentary constituency. "The people should strengthen the hands of secular forces and give their vote in favour of Madan Lal Sharma," Singh appealed again, speaking before the large number of people. He said that communal forces have been trying to create difference among the people on the bases of caste, and religion and it is only Congress party which can protect the right of the people."It was Congress party which has taken steps for the equal development of all the three regions.
