Rajouri, Mar 24: Senior PDP leader Shahzad Khan strongly criticized the present coalition government over its failure to provide proper medical facilities to the people in the state. Shahzad during his visit to the far flung area of Gambhir Mughlan met the people of the adjoining hamlets of Hattni, Naarh, Bain Gali, Hattan, Seri, Gai Mohallah, Gaala, etc in view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections and other local issues In a statement PDP leader bemoaned the poor health sector in the border district as the doctors and paramedical staff district hospitals are far less than the designated numbers while modern medical gadgets are not available in the district hospitals. He also lamented that education sector too is also suffering due dilapidated conditions of school buildings and flagship programmes including RMSA, Mid Day Meal schemes, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, are made defunct by apathetic attitude of the government. Shahzad urged the people to bring change in the governance by supporting and voting for the PDP candidate Yashpal Sharma who being a son of soil only will understand problems of the people of Rajouri Poonch. |
