Addressing gathering here today, NSF President Sukhdev Singh said that VC has made University as his personal fiefdom, where all laws were either violated or tailored to give benefit to relatives of University.
"Instead of establishing its own infrastructure, same is running from three hired buildings viz-a-viz two at Trikuata Nagar and one at Sainik Colony", he said, adding that moreover buildings of some relatives of VC were hired with a purpose to benefit them.
