Holiday to be observed on poll day : DC 4/2/2014 11:24:03 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, Apr 2 : In view of ensuing Parliamentary Election -2014 which is scheduled to be held on April 17, 2014, District Election Officer, (Dy. Commissioner) Kathua has ordered that holiday shall be observed in all the Government Officers/ Private Institution/Industries/Educational institutions and other establishment falling within the jurisdiction of District Kathua on poll day i.e. April, 17, 2014, so that all employee can cast their vote without inconvenience.
