PHE employee receives electric shock 4/15/2014 12:09:08 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 14: An employee of Public Health and Engineering (PHE) Department today sustained severe electric shock while performing his duties at PHE Station Gharota. "The injured have been identified as Pawan Kumar (34) son of Janak Raj of Sarota Bhalwal, piolice sources said. They said that some of eyewitnesses mainly the colleagues of Pawan stated that during work he came in contact of naked wires resulting electric shock.
