While appealing his community voters ,Kundan Kashmiri expressed concern over the failure of State and centre Govt,s as well as to Election Commission of India to make election process smooth for Displaced Kashmiri Pandit voters. The cumbersome process of voting for Kashmiri Displaced voters has forced majority number of Displaced people to disassociate from the process including fill up the M forms .
