Sources informed that the Relief organization has invited tenders of works of worth Rs 41.79 lacs. "Tenders for nine works in various blocks for maintenance of Kitchen, bathrooms and terraces were invited", sources said. An inmate revealed that the water and sanitation pipes had ruptured and the buildings had developed threatening cracks.
