JKWDC organizes awareness camp at Muthi 5/22/2014 12:05:14 AM Early Times Report Jammu, May 21: J&K State Women's Development Corporation (JKWDC) today organized an awareness camp to apprise the women about the various schemes at Village Muthi Khurd of District Samba. More than 100 women of the village participated in the camp and were apprised about the schemes run by JKWDC by Vijay Tikoo, Development Officer JKWDC. Each scheme was discussed in detail during the camp and the ladies were asked to take benefit of the schemes. The girls who have left their studies due to financial problems were asked to avail education loan facilities and continue their studies. The ladies were asked to come forward and take soft loans under various schemes like National Minorities Development Finance Corporation, NBCFDC, NHDFC and ESW from the corporation and start their own small business unit to support their families in running the day to day life.
