Jammu, May 24 : Alleging unholy nexus between the Jammu university authorities with some politically influenced touts who are trying to denigrate the temple of learning, different units of National Panthers Student Union (NPSU) today protested against the varsity administration. They suspected that if same will continue in the future, the day is not far when the temple of the learning will become their permanent abode to stay sidelining the educated staff and the same has adverse consequences. The student leaders said that some professors of the varsity are also cooperating with these touts to denigrate the affairs of the varsity. The protest at the ITI College was led by Neeraj Singh with Vishal Sadotra, Sunny Choudhary, Deepak Rajput, Arjun Lengeh, Jonty harm, Mukeh Bhagat. In Muthi, it was led by Sahil Singh Chib and was supported by other students including Loria, Rakesh Singh, Kuldeep Raj, Sahil Manhas, Kumar Naveen, Hardeep Thakur, Rahul Mottan,Ajay Khajuria, Sidhant Dogra, Sahil Mustaq, Rohit Kumar, Anil Kumar and others. The protest at Bari Brahamana was led by Sanjeev Singh Jamwal and was supported by other students. Different students protesting at different locations alleged that some of the influenced touts who have adjusted themselves in the University by admonishing the authorities of exposing their misdeeds have become masters of all the affairs of the varsity and maximum of the decision of the varsity are taken by these influential rather than the concerned faculty members. |
