Kathua, May 26: First Aid Centre of Animal Husbandry Department of Ghati has been operating in an unsafe and broken building since long in village Ghatti is running in a deplorable, since it came into existence. The First Aid Centre is being run in rented building, due to non-seriousness of department's authorities the employees are forced to remain stay in un-safe building. "Higher Authority has adopted continue and a long sleep over the worst condition of the building and never showed inclination towards its shifting and even renovation and left the employees in lurch to stay therein", said an employee, adding that many other government offices were also being run in same conditions. When contacted, Dr Surjeet Kumar, Chief Animal Husbandry officer, acknowledged the building is unsafe. "We are looking for alternative place, the center will be shifted soon", he assured. |
