Sarpanches, Panches pledge to get united against NC-Congress 5/27/2014 12:14:34 AM Early Times Report Kathua, May 26: Sarpanches and Panches of Kathua district today pledged to get united against NC-Congress coalition Government. According to press release, addressing a meeting, various Sarpanches of Kathua including Ragunandhan Singh (Panchayat Janglote), Mohan Singh (Kharote) Kuldeep Singh (Changran), Yash Paul Raina (Badala) and several others today accused the state government for huge developmental funds embezzlement which is being sponsored central government. They said that no initiatives for development of state's Panchayats and empowerment of the Sarpanches have been taken.
