Bovine smuggler detained under PSA 5/27/2014 12:18:50 AM Early Times Report Samba, May 26 : One bovine Smuggler namely Nazir Ahmed son of Lal Hussain of Vijaypur was detained under PSA today. On the basis of dossier prepared by Samba Police led by SSP Samba Anil Magotra, the District Magistrate Samba issued detention warrant against the above said bovine smuggler which is executed today and the detenue was lodged in Central Jail Jammu. The above mentioned detenue has been involved in number of bovine smuggling cases and earned his bread and butter on the basis of criminal activities.
