| Young Panthers alleges local minister of Akhnoor of harassing people | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 28: Young Panthers warned the local minister to desist from harassing the innocent people in Akhnoor.
Addressing the Press Conference at the Party Head Quarters here today Pushvinder Singh Manhas Sr. Vice-President Young Panthers alleged that in the wake of Congress drubbing in the recently concluded Parliamentary Elections, especially in Akhnoor, which is known as Bastian of Congress Minister has resorted to harassing the people by misusing the administrative authorities.
Singh said that the alleged Minister has ordered the removed Khokhas (shops) on the left side of New Pratap Canal at village Devipur. It is pertinent to mention here that the Minister had warned the people in large before the elections to vote for Congress or else they would face the dire consequences.
Singh also apprised the media that earlier Young Panthers succeeded in the resumption of Akhnoor-Jourian road by staging protest demonstration at every nook and corner of Akhnoor but after the ruthless routing of Congress from there, the Minister has stalled the construction of the road which has been lying in a dilapidated condition for the last six years. |
