Such peoples can be seen in stadium performing the stunts without seeking any permission from the sports authority. Some of the localists can be seen everyday learning to drive in the areas where players used to do warm ups while the other peoples used to do jogging. The risk of injury is always there as the new learners don’t have full control over the vehicles but ignoring all this, the sports authorities are still waiting for any incident to occur. She further said that randomly parking should be restricted and a particular parking should be made. All attempts of attempts of early times to contact Rajan Sharma (Manager Outdoor) went in vain as he was not available for the reply. Dileep Thusoo, Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council admitting the mistake said that these violators are not under their control saying-“Members of Jammu club overrules the security arrangements. Barriers had been placed to avoid such violations but admonishing gatekeepers they (Jammu club members) used to help these violators to enter into the premises of MA stadium”.
