| HC stays relieving I/C SO SSA | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 2 : Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court stayed the order of relieving of Incharge Section Officer Sarv Sikhsa Abhiyan.
This direction has been passed in a petition filed by one Bashir Mohd Malik presently posted as Incharge SO in the office of CEO Jammu submitted that nearing superannuation should not be disturbed and as already submitted the he is a senior most Head Assistant in Jammu Division and in view of his seniority the DPC ordered his placement as I/c Section Officer in the office of CEO Jammu and the action of official respondents in posting the Incharge SO SSA cannot be held to be a justifiable action when the Incharge SO SSA has his prospects in Kashmir Division. What agenda the official respondents want to achieve through Incharge SO SSA is not gatherable from the records and under these facts and circumstances the impugned order is liable to be quashed. Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice returnable within two weeks in the meanwhile stayed the order of relieving of Incharge Section Officer Sarv Sikhsa Abhiyan. |
