| IHRPC accuses Umar Farooq for inciting people | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 13: International Human Rights Protection Council (IHRPC) accused that Moulvi Mirwaiz Umar Farooq of inciting people of Kashmir for Pak-interest which is objectionable under Indian Constitution and secularism. As per press release, Members of the IHRPC alleged that Umar Farooq is inciting the people of the state on the dead issue of plebiscite on the behest of Pakistan to destabilize the social and political situation of the state which is serious. To reopen the same closed issue already rejected by Pakistan deliberately cannot be exhumed from the grave. The U N Secretary General had already issued a verdict that Kashmir relating U N resolution had no weight in the light of Simla agreement. The sovereignty of J&K State flown to India is legal and beyond any challenge; therefore any kind of plebiscite cannot be applied in any circumstances. There was no use to refer to Pak-diplomat Tasnim statement belonging to aggressor country that election was no substitute for plebiscite in the State. Pak-diplomat has no legal right to interfere in domestic affairs of India. The J & K State was an internationally acknowledged dispute which is needed to be resolved as per the wishes and aspirations of the State people, asserted by him which is misleading totally. The U N had already admitted Indian sovereignty over the State, which fact is known worldwide. |
