Residents protest against power, water crisis 6/14/2014 12:06:57 AM Early Times Report Kathua, June 13 : Residents of the Ward Number 17 of Kathua held a massive protest demonstration against the PHE and PDD for the power and water crisis in the area. The protest was led by State Coordinator of National Youth Project unit J&K Updesh Andotra, and Indu Partap who among the residents shouted slogans against the PHE, PDD and District administration. Gandotra said the unscheduled and frequent power cuts and non availability of water supply has made the life of the residents miserable there in the ward as the children and old-aged-person are suffering badly during the scorching hours of the day.
