Civil Society condemns gang-rape of minor

Kishtwar, June 13: Expressing concerns over the gang rape of a minor in Drabshala, a couple of days ago, the Civil Society Kishtwar has condemned the heinous crime which left a minor and her family in agony and mental torture.
While condemning the gruesome incident, the Chief Cleric Jamia Masjid Kishtwar Farooq Ahmed Kichloo in his Friday sermon at Kishtwar demanded stern punishment to the accused duo involved in this heinous crime. Chief cleric also has lauded the swift action of the police which apprehended the duo in shortest possible time.
Meanwhile condemnation also poured from various political and non political parties from Kishtwar District and condemned this inhuman act in one voice. Speakers said that the person involved in this type of crime has no religion and should be condemned in one voice. They however underlined the need of inclusion of religious/moral values among the children's so that this type of shameful act could be prevented within the society.
