Jammu, Aug 12: State Vice President, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) Chander Prakash Ganga today called on MoS in PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh in his office chamber and discussed some issues over failure of UPA government to issue appointment letters in favour of 529 BSF soldiers. Ganga said that in the year 2012 a recruitment rally was held in BSF at Jammu. In this recruitment rally, about 3848 candidates participated out of these participants, only 529 candidates were selected and found medically fit but the then UPA government did not issue appointment letters in favour of these soldiers. Dr. Jitendra Singh assured to Ganga that he will take up this matter with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh for taking appropriate action on this matter. |
