| PDD fails to supply the electricity in Vijaypur | | | Early Times Report
Vijaypur, Aug 12: Power crisis in Vijaypur has yet become more critical with people in various parts of VIjaypur and its adjoining areas coming to streets in protest 'now and then' blocking movement of vehicular traffic by staging demonstrations on roads sides.
According to local reports, people in Vijaypur and its adjoining areas are suffering from unscheduled cuts as the locals alleged that they are getting only 12 hours of power supply which is taking toll of their farming/agricultural activities.
They recalled that in 2008, the NC Government promised with the people if NC comes to power they will ensure the proper electricity and drinking water facilities but sorry to say people of Vijaypur still bearing the shortage of electricity supply. "Local MLA S S Slathia too has ensured people regarding provision of 10 MVA Transformer to end power crisis, locals said further adding, "despite spending crore of funds people yet are facing the same shortage of electricity supply.
Great resentment is brewing among people against the NC Government as it has failed to bring its poll promises to reality and now have decided to vote out the NC led regime. |
