Manhas appointed NPP Darhal zone president 8/13/2014 12:19:26 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 12:The JKNPP President Balwant Singh Mankotia MLA has appointed Mohd Rakiz Manhas Zonal President Darhal and Ghulam Mustfa Wani Zonal President Rajouri with immediate effect in consultation with the Chairman. According to press release, the announcement was made today by Anita Thakur General Secretary and Incharge Rajouri District in Jammu.
