Jammu, Oct 7: Expressing sympathies with bereaved family, the KAS Association has deeply condoled the untimely and sad demise of Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Kishtwar, Yasir Arafat, who died in a tragic car accident at Kishtwar today. The Association in its statement has described the demise of Arafat a great loss to the State as he was intelligent, honest and noble human being. The Association has extended sympathies and solidarity with the bereaved family on this irreparable loss and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, the Association has also conveyed its gratitude to the Jammu Divisional Administration for quickly arranging the airlifting of deceased to SKIMS Soura but unfortunately he breathed his last before taking off. |
