| Two persons among cop killed, one injured in mishap | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 7 : Two persons including a head constable were killed while another received injuries when the motorcycle he was riding on collided with another near Tali Morh, this afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Head Constable Kulbir Singh son of Gian Singh of Chawala RS Pura and Vicky Kumar (22) son of Raj Kumar of Siot Rajouri while identity of the injured has been established as Satvinder Singh (23) son of Darshan Singh of Arnia. Police said that the trio was riding on a motorcycle and while reaching near Tali Morh, it collided with another motorcycle resulting severe injuries to them.
Locals immediately shifted the injured to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) where Kulbir was declared as brought dead while after one hour Vicky failed to respond the treatment and condition of Satvinder was also stated to be critical when last reports pour in.
After legal formalities, both the bodies were handed over to family members for last rites. A case in this connection has been registered and further investigation is on. |
