FIBDO hails Omar for donating blood 10/7/2014 11:44:28 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 7: Federation of Indian Blood Donor Organisation (FIBDO) today hailed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and applauded which was a symbol of share pain and grief of flood victims. According to press release, FIBDO Vice Chairman Vikrant Dogra said that it was truly a humanitarian gesture and nothing can be more sympathizing then a gesture of "blood donation". He further said that since flood situation was Kashmir and others parts of Jammu and Kashmir was getting normal but it we have to unanimously fight health challenges which may have arise from tragic flash floods.
