Painting competition organized 11/24/2014 11:34:45 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Nov 24, A Painting competition organized on the 6th Day of the ongoing week long events under National Integration Week by National Social service (NSS) units of Government Degree College Kathua. According to press release, NSS volunteers had participated in the competition with great enthusiasm. 12 groups of volunteers depicted their imaginations with colors in the form of beautiful Rangolis, 10 volunteers also brushed their ideas on canvas during the painting competition. First prize in rangoli competition won by Vidushi, Sunandini and group. Manu, Atika and group were adjudged second while third position was shared by Sanjogita, Kajal and group and Bhaskar, Shriya and group. The parallel painting competition was judged by Dr. Suram Singh, Dr. ArunDev Singh, and Prof. Kailash Sharma. In the painting competition first prize was secured by Rahul Sharma while second and third prizes were won by ShubaniKumari and Mohit Sharma respectively. During the past days activities the NSS Volunteers realized the theme of national integration and have brought to forth that National Integration starts at the hearts of people.
