Pawan Kumar lambasts MLA 11/24/2014 11:43:47 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 24: Pawan Kumar Gupta, Independent candidate from Udhampur lambasted the sitting MLA over his alleged indifference towards public transportation. Addressing a meeting, Gupta said that public transportation is a crucial public amenity which ensures that children in the remotest areas are able to go to school, that people have even the poorest person gets the opportunity to travel and grow. However, he said that several villages in our unfortunate constituency do not even have a single matador catering to their travel needs. He also lamented upon the poor quality of bus service of existing buses. He promised to build a superior quality public transport infrastructure.
