CJTPJ demands GOI to provide electricity on subsidize rates 11/24/2014 11:48:25 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 24 : Citizen for Justice to the People of Jammu (CJTPJ) on Monday demanded the Center Government of India (GOI) to provide electricity on subsidized rates to the Jammu and Kashmir.Addressing the media persons, advocate SS Anand said impress upon the state government to raise this dispute in the Supreme Court of India under Article 131 of the constitution of India. He also said that under article 131, it was obligatory on the part of the state government to go to the Supreme Court and to raise this dispute but government of Jammu and Kashmir has not gone to the Supreme Court neither has taken any step for enforcement of the agreement in this regard.
