BJP candidate Rajiv files nomination papers in Akhnoor

Akhnoor, Dec 3: Bhartiya Janta Party, candidate from Akhnoor assembly constituency Rajeev Sharma accompanied with thousands of enthusiastic supporters today filed his nomination papers before the Returning Officer of the said assembly segment.
It was saffron all over as a huge rally was oraganised by BJP supporters in which workers, activists of Mahila Morhcha wing Akhnoor and party sympathizers participated. Amid sloganeering like "Abki Baar Modi Sarkar, Ghar Ghar Modi, Modi-Modi" etc and holding party flags in their hands besides wearing saffron caps, the workers led the party candidate towards the office of Returning Officer. A bike rally too was organized by Bhartiya Janta Party Yuva Morcha (BJYM) in a bid to make people aware of the party ideology.
Party Candidate Rajiv Sharma was accompanied with ex-Health Minister Pt Govind Ram Sharma, Ex-Minister Ajat Shatru Singh, Youth leader Suresh Sharma, Ram Saroop Sharma, Ashok Mishra, Suresh Magotra and others.
The BJP rally started from BJP Office Manda passing through Nirdosh Chowk, Main Bazaar, Bus Stand Akhnoor culminated at ground near Telephone Exchange Akhnoor. Party candidate Rajeev Sharma filed his nomination at SDM office Akhnoor and after filing his nomination he addressed a huge gathering of workers and expressed his gratitude to exude faith in him. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dream of 'Congress Mukt J&K' will surely come true and Akhnoor is ready for mission 44+.
Amid echoes 'Ghar Ghar Modi' from the enthusiastic crowd, Sharma said Congress will be voted out of Akhnoor as people voted against Congress at Centre. At this occasion Ex-Minister of Health Pt Govind Ram Sharma, Ex-Minister Ajat Shatru, Suresh Magotra, Suresh Sharma etc also addressed people.
