Two NCP candidates file nomination paper | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 3: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) contesting candidates RS Billowaria filed nomination papers from Jammu west and ChoudharyDev Raj also filed nomination papers from Suchetgarh constituency on Wednesday. According to press release, state president Thakur Randhir Singh said that NCP will strengthen the Kissan movement in the state and refugees problems who have been deprived by the successive central and state governments for the last 67 years. He condemned the attitude of the central government by rejecting the package of the refugees and appealed the voters to cast their valuable vote in favour of NCP candidate from Sechetgarh constituency. He further appealed the people of Jammu to vote and support the NCP party with symbol the watch. Meanwhile addressing the gathering, RS Billowaria said that NCP was determined to arrest the steady decline in the governance and administration and ensure good governance , which is in tune with the ethos, customs and traditions of the people and yet in harmony with the demands of modernization. "Vibrant institutions, steady improvements in the performance of the governments and transparency will go a long way to keep the society and the administration free from the evils of corruptions and give ourselves the democracy we have envisioned," he added. |
