Court denies bail to ATM robber 12/3/2014 11:51:24 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 3 : Judicial Magistrate Jammu Khem Raj Sharma today rejected the bail application of one Rashpal Chand alias Rashpal Singh s/o Chuni Lal r/o RS Pura who was involved in alleged robbery of ATM at Kullian. While rejecting the bail application, Judicial Magistrate Khem Raj Sharma after hearing Adv Rakesh chargotra appearing for the petitioner whereas PO Yogesh Nagpal appearingf or the state observed that in the present case no doubt accused person create a psychological fear in the area which is evident from the material on record and at present set of circumstances it cannot be ruled out the custodial investigation of the accused person is very much required for its logical conclusion.
