Saffron cultivation & development programme concludes 1/1/2015 10:46:21 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Jan 1: Saffron Cultivation & Development Programme conducted by SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI-RSETI) Kishtwar concludes at SBI RSETI, Kishtwar in which 16 female candidates from different parts of the District participated. On this occasion, a small but impressive function was organized in which certificates of participation were distributed by R.K.Hiteshi, Chief Agriculture Officer, Kishtwar. He said SBI RSETI which is aimed at skill building of prospective small entrepreneurs / borrowers specially for rural youth, is unique as it is intensive short term residential self employment training programme with free food and accommodation designed especially for unemployed youth.
