J&K Dharmarth Trust dispatches relief for Nepal 4/29/2015 10:50:49 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 29: The Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust dispatched over five hundred blankets as part of relief material for Nepal. The relief material has been donated to the Global Education and Leadership Foundation (GELF) that is reaching out to the people of Nepal to provide relief through their initiative, 'GELF for Nepal'. According to press release, the relief material is scheduled to reach Nepal tomorrow by air. The foundation is said to have a strong and extensive local team for the distribution of the relief material. Trustee of the J&K Dharmarth Trust and MLC, Vikramaditya Singh said that in the aftermath of the earthquake that has caused widespread devastation and loss of thousands of lives in Nepal, the Trust hereby extends their support to the relief efforts for the thousands affected. He further said that having witnessed such devastation in our home state of J&K due to recent natural disasters, we understand the loss and suffering of Nepal during such events.
