Reasi, Apr 29: The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion at Bagga under the aegis of Reasi based Rashtriya Rifles Force Headquarter in collaboration with Block Medical Authorities carried out village level awareness camp in the Mahore region against spread of Malaria while celebrating the "World Malaria Prevention Day" with the theme of "Invest in the future, Defeat malaria".
According to press release, a team of doctors and nursing assistants visited various schools of Mahore, Sarh, Bagga, Sungri and remote villages on the foothills of the Pir Panjal Mountains to create awareness among school going children about this deadly vector-borne disease. |
